Our source plantations are certified organic. In order to preserve the characteristics and unique features of the growing area, the flowers are harvested by hand so that their fragrance and aroma content is transferred from the plantation to the distilleries on the same day, without loss.

In order to extract the purest essence of the plant, our products are made by slow distillation in our hand-forged copper column stills. During the distillation process, we produce lavender essential oil and lavender aromatic water (hydrosol).
