Dear Bidder!

If you wish to participate in the implementation of logging works in the areas of Szent Hubertus '94 Kft. and its partners between January 2026 and December 2026 , please submit your application after studying the attached opportunity.

From now on, you will only be able to participate in the work detailed in the annex under the conditions specified in this call for tenders.

The offer must include the net commitment fee related to the logging task package (4 packages) specified in Annex 1 in HUF/m3 broken down by cutting edge, by forest section . You can apply for a complete package (at least one complete package) . The stockpiling locations will be presented by the forestry departments when viewing the forest sections. A stockpiling location up to 400 m from the cutting edge is also considered to be logging.

We require environmentally friendly technology (e.g. forwarder) to carry out logging, protect the regeneration, forest soil, and remaining stands from damage, and to protect the roads approaching the forest section.

The deadline for completing the logging of the forest sections included in the application is December 31, 2026. The dates will be specified when the contract is concluded.

It provides the opportunity to preview forest details and loaders after prior arrangement.

The latest date for evaluating the application is: December 31, 2025.

This tender does not constitute a contractual obligation for the advertiser.

Evaluation criteria: in addition to the most favorable bid price, the commitment deadline, the volume of timber harvesting undertaken and the reference of timber harvesting work carried out in the areas of Szent Hubertus '94 Kft. and its partners, as well as the appropriate mechanization.

Based on these criteria, the evaluation committee selects the applicants with whom it will conduct price negotiations.

Location of the price negotiation: 3248 Ivád, Fertési Forestry House

After successful price negotiations, the contractor contract can be concluded.

The contract conclusion time is within 15 working days after the price negotiation.
